Shoes are to provide comfort and support to our feet throughout the day, therefore, consistent quality for the upper, midsole, and sole of the shoe is a must. Our machinery and equipment, production process, and quality control are examined and employed with the strictest standards. As our products have all achieved the SATRA leather grading standards, we are confident that the OEM products we deliver—customized leather shoes, sport shoes, or hiking boots—are quality goods that well-exceed market standards.
Equipment and Facilities Ahead of Our Counterparts
Regular machinery and equipment inspections are carried out on a yearly basis at our factories, where facilities that can’t keep up with production progress are identified and replaced. Currently, automated machineries including mechanical arms, automatic cutting machines, and computer-controlled sewing machines are adopted by factories in China and Cambodia to increase production efficiency. Our founder Mr. Chiu Chin-ting, coming from a solid mechanical background, believes that only through efficient production enabled by automation can we maximize product value and reduce time costs for our clients.
